Kraftliner substitute

Description

Kraftliner substitute is a type of paper used in the production of corrugated board. It is a two-ply material, with the top layer made of high-quality recycled paper with a high cellulose content, and the bottom layer consisting of a mixture of high-quality recycled paper with added starch.
This combination provides high strength for both the liner’s surface layer and the overall corrugated board structure. The kraftliner substitute has properties similar to those of kraftliner but is significantly more affordable. Depending on the required properties, it can exhibit a wide range of variations

Application

Kraftliner substitute is most commonly used as the outer liner of corrugated board. Using a high-quality replacement for kraftliner allows corrugated packaging to be made from completely recycled materials.
